REQUIREMENTS
• Highly motivated with 7–10 years of experience in the commercial and industrial.
EIT, PE preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equal  US Citizenship or legal resident.
• Prior working experience on municipal and infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Electrical Engineering, design, QA/QC and construction oversight.
• Comprehensive understanding of the NEC, building codes and general construction practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, SKM, and construction documents drafting practices.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D Software a plus.
• NYS Driver’s License or nearby state. Up to 30% Travel throughout NY Metro Area.

DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Engineer with an in-depth knowledge of power system design and a solid foundation in electrical engineering.

The perfect candidate will collaborate as part of a team to create construction documents and perform reviews to meet fast-paced schedules.

This role will include providing technical design services, Electrical Code implementation, mentoring of younger staff, and construction oversight under the direction of the VP of the Electrical Division.

REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• NICET certification a plus.
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician - Grade I, a plus.
• Current OSHA 10 or 30.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D Software a plus.
• NYS Driver’s License or nearby state. Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel regularly throughout the NYC Metro Area.
• Basic understanding of the fundamentals of building inspection codes and requirements in order to carry out testing, e.g., International Building Codes, ASTM Standards, and TMS standards.

• Basic Knowledge of Civil Engineering, drafting and design (1 to 3 years).
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, approved equal, or in senior year (flexible schedule for current engineering students).
• EIT or ability to obtain it, a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D Software a plus. 
• Previous AutoCAD experience, knowledge in shop drawings, and drafting practices.
• NYS Driver’s License or nearby state. Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to drive throughout NYC Metro Area.

DESCRIPTION
Searching for a highly motivated Staff Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to support our growing list of civil engineering projects in the New York Metro Area.

The ideal candidate will preferably have prior working experience in municipal and infrastructure facilities. This role will include providing technical design services under the direction of a senior engineer with a focus on civil engineering design, including water, wastewater, stormwater and construction technical oversight and management.
